Welcome to Sarasfamilycare.com, the website of Sara Ohgushi, Naturopathic Physician licensed
also in Natural Childbirth. My general family practice located in central Portland, Oregon has a focus on midwifery, pediatrics and women's health, but I do see folks of all ages (including men!)

One of my passions is to gently support families through the great transition of birthing a child.
How this transition goes has a deep impact on the child as well as both parents and the extended family.
Another passion is then supporting new parents through normal child development and the normal,
"healthy" diseases of children. Supporting the health of the parents is a natural extension of this work.

As a Naturopathic Physician I have many tools at my disposal to assist in healing, including herbal medicines,
homeopathy, diet and nutrition. I spend time with my patients and offer very personalized, continuity of care
for families and individuals.
